Conference Call Dec 1 2025 7:00

In attendance: Charlane, Doug, Trudie, Kris, Brent, Bill and Ramon. Call to order 7:08

1. Date for Ce day is set for Jan 24, 2026. Smileys Saskatoon at 11:00.
   Chad Congo to speak from Vita voinic digital dentures.
   Meagon Young, Senior policy analyst, Health Profession Regulations.
   Also, a round table discussion about improving board functions or lab issues.
   Bill will spearhead the round table discussion.
2. Web page and fees The web page is up and running. The fee for starting it up for us is 1816.00. Also there will be a monthly fee depending on what we need her to add.
3. Knut ,Brent, and Ramon to meet in Saskatoon on Saturday Dec. 6th to get them signing authority.
4. Correspondence from CADTR, Kris will have more information at the next in person meeting involving CADTR. Trudie and Bill to have a Zoom call on Dec. 3rd with Shelby Hamm. She is the head of the Oral Health professions for Saskatchewan. Brent will sit in with Trudie if Bill is unable. Kris reached out to the Dean of Dentistry for Saskatchewan. No reply. Dental technicians from Alberta and Ontario reached out to the association to see if we were interest in joining a national board. Kris responded but hasn’t received a reply.
