Conference Call August 18 7:00 pm
In attendance: Charlane, Doug, Kris, Knud, Ramon, Brent and Bill
Call to order: 7:06 pm

1. Speakers, Bill waiting to hear from John, a speaker about CAD dentures from Argen, Bill following up. Meaghan or someone from her office will be speaking. Doug to follow up with Meaghan also Bill will talk to rep about bringing in a speaker about sanitization.
2. Website, Kris talked to Shannon the Dtas.ca is hosted by Varial. Bill has not paid to secure the domain but will for 2025. Shannon has dealt with Varial in the past. She can accomplish what we need and is comfortable using the software we need. We don’t need to have a large website but needs to be improved and include updates for Bill 18.
3. Ramon got a call from CADTR. She sent us a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding. Kris will send us the email to review before rejoining CADTR. They will try and modify the membership fees. We can still use the information provided from them. The Dean of the College of Dentistry wants to meet with the association. Spring is the talked about time for this meeting. Kris will follow up and arrange meeting. We want to know more information in regards to a future college or certification for in house milling.
