PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Our primary goal is to keep the public safe and to ensure all members in our industry abide by our codes of conduct and adhere to our standards of practice. If you have any information or want to make an official complaint to the association, here are the steps to bring it to our attention.

How to Make a Complaint

All complaints must be in writing and signed.
Please be advised that all information provided to the Dental Technicians Association of Saskatchewan may form part of the investigation.

Submit a letter including:

1. Contact information of the person making the complaint:
Full name
Address
City
Telephone number

2. Name of the regulated member being complained about:
Full name
Address
-Place of Business
City
Telephone number

3. Services provided by regulated member and relevant dates:
work or restoration provided
dates and times of interaction

4. Full description of complaint:
Full description including all details
any documentation pertaining to your complaint
